Q: Can I get a special order item?
A: Yes, special order items must be called into customer service 1-800-998-3295. After placement, these special orders cannot be cancelled and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: If you are located in or around the Philadelphia region, you have the option of picking up your order. Our corporate office is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. Our customer service representatives can configure your account so that your order will be ready for pick-up here at our office. Q: Do you break cases?
A: As a wholesale provider, we typically do not break cases. If you have specific inquiries for smaller quantities, are a retail chain that has centralized distribution centers, or a need for a pick and pack solution, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-998-3295 or e-mail info@cleanitsupply.com.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax to customers receiving shipments in states where it is required. Currently we collect the following: Pennsylvania 6.0%, Michigan 6.0% and California 7.5%.

Q: Do you extend credit terms, if so how do I set up an account?
A: We do extend credit terms accounts to qualified commercial customers. We require an application to be submitted and approved before orders can be placed. Simply click here to download our Credit Application form. Fully complete this form and submit to our credit department by either e-mail info@cleanitsupply.com or fax 610-539-5292.

Q: How can I cancel an order?
A: CleanItSupply.com uses one of the most efficient and prompt processing systems available for online and phone order completion. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible. You may contact our customer assistance center at 1-800-998-3295. Unfortunately, both e-mail and live chat requests will not be accepted.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: To inquire about a return, please contact our customer service department via e-mail info@cleanitsupply.com or call 610-539-5202 for a Return Authorization form, as well as more information on qualified returns.

Q: How to track order?
A: Simply go to our home page and locate the Track My Order link on the top right hand side of the web page. Enter your Order Number, Destination Zip Code, and click the Track Shipment button. If for some reason your order was determined to ship via LTL (less than truckload) aka common carrier, then e-mail us at info@cleanitsupply.com for tracking information.

A: If your business or organization is located in Pennsylvania and is tax exempt, please submit a:
Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate – Form REV-1220 via e-mail to or fax 610-539-5292.

If your business or organization is located in Michigan and is tax exempt, please submit a:
Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption - Form 3373 via e-mail to or fax 610-539-5292.

Shipping Information

Q: Can I get next day delivery?
A: With more than 30 warehouses located across the United States, many of products are available for next day delivery. Due to logistics, your special order request must be placed by phone with one of our customer service representatives before 11:30am local time, to ensure delivery. Q: Does CleanItSupply.com ship internationally?
A: While the bulk of our business is primarily shipping products throughout the continental United States, we do have experience in helping customers in other countries receive our products. In these circumstances, our products would be shipped to the customers intermediate freight forwarding company located here in the United States. Each international purchase inquiry is considered by us on a case by case basis.
