At CleanItSupply.com, our motto is Everyone Is Our Customer! Because of this, we make sure there is never a minimum amount needed to receive our low, wholesale prices.
Ways to Order
If you are looking to purchase online, you can add your products to your virtual shopping cart by clicking the “BUY NOW” button on each page. This will keep track of the items, and quantity, in a simple and straight-forward list. Once selected, our e-Commerce site will take you through a safe and secure checkout purchasing process.
Over the Phone
If you would prefer a more personal touch to your purchasing experience, we have a staff of expertly trained representatives to take your call. Additionally our customer service center is ideal for questions, comments, or concerns. These skilled, seasoned industry veterans give each and every customer insight into the products they need. If sticking to the fax is your ideal means of payment, you may fax us anytime at 1-610-539-5292. However, if you are paying by fax please allow for a longer transaction time for payment, processing, and shipment.
Unfortunately, there are times that items customers have ordered are not available for delivery immediately. When this occurs, the outstanding balance of the order will ship the moment the product becomes available. We also make sure there are never any additional ship charges in these instances. If you have purchased a back-ordered item, please allow for up to seven to fourteen business days for shipment.
If you would like to follow the logistics of your order, we provide two ways for you to follow and track your products:
If you wish to check on your purchases, simply click the link titled “My Account” on the top right-hand corner of CleanItSupply.com. Once logged in, scroll down to view the page to click on Order and Billing History. On this page you can view all recent and prior orders.
CleanItSupply.com also offers customers the opportunity to reach out to our customer service representatives via e-mail for order tracking inquiries. To do so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your account number, order number, or previous order number.
Over the Phone
The other option is to contact our Customer Service department directly at 610-539-5202. They will provide you with a timeline of your purchase, and when it will be delivered.

Credit Application and Purchase Orders
In addition to our other purchasing options, we also accept pre-approved purchase orders for businesses. After you submit your Credit Order Application for the business or company chosen, and had your credit history approved, your business you will be able to submit orders via a CleanItSupply.com account. A valid, up-to-date credit card needs to be kept on file throughout the duration of your account through CleanItSupply.com.
Note: If an order is placed online through our "Purchasing Order" option, with an out-of-date, or a non-approved account, your purchase order cannot be used until the approval process has been authorized.
Money Orders and Checks
For orders submitted by mail, only money orders and checks are accepted. Cash is not an option. Additionally, there is a mandatory 10 day hold on all checks. After payment is received, the order will be sent out for shipment.
Processing and shipment of an order via an approved purchase account, or a credit or debit card or PayPal, allows the order to be shipped as quickly as possible. Most items are processed for shipment within a 24 hour window once an order is placed.
CleanItSupply.com utilizes over 50 warehouses nationwide. This allows us to locate the warehouse closest to our customers, with the products they need, and ship it for the least amount of overall cost. Additionally, our line of professional cleaning chemicals and cleaning products, indicated with a NE green symbol, ship directly from our Pennsylvania warehouse.
Continental US Shipping
CleanItSupply.com has partnered with UPS Ground to meet our customers shipping needs. Orders which contain Hazmat Items or Oversized items or orders with total weight over 300lbs are shipped Freight. Contact our customer service department for orders that require expedient delivery or for orders to be shipped outside of the Continental US (see the International Shipping section below).
UPS Delivery Time
Typically orders that are placed over the phone or through our website are delivered within 1-7 business days within the continental United States.
UPS Available Delivery Days
UPS Ground is available for our customers’ shipment needs Monday through Friday (except major holidays). Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Exceptions for UPS Delivery
Due to internal protocol, UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please Note: For orders shipped through UPS Ground, it at UPS's discretion if a signature is required for delivery.
CleanItSupply.com offers free shipping for orders of $1500.00 or more. To receive this free-shipping, the order must be shipped within the Continental United States. The free shipping offer does not factor in to special order requests or non-stocked items. To be eligible for this offer, all orders have to be processed via the CleanItSupply.com website. CleanItSupply.com reserves the option to designate the best shipment method for purchases that are eligible for the free shipping offer.
Note: Some additional charges may be added on for specific cleaning chemicals and products. Additionally, for Misco Corporation cleaning products, please call our customer service center for bulk pricing on these items to receive special discount rate quotes.
Thanks to our international shipping partner Bongo International, we are now able to ship to customers located outside the United States. With Bongo International, our international clientele will be able to pay for all costs for shipment upon checkout, including both taxes and duties. Additionally their purchase information will be protected by the highest levels of security during checkout. They will also be able to enjoy the largest discounts on international shipping rates available. When it comes to the logistics of their packages, each product will be shipped together. This allows for the lowest international shipping costs. Bongo will also provide simple and easy tracking of your order, as well as logistical timetable of 3-8 day transport worldwide.
CleanItSupply.com does not charge any standard processing or handling fees.
In select circumstances, UPS may classify an item as potentially-hazardous. Items that fall under this category may have further handling fees through UPS, or may be shipped through LTL or Common Carrier. Please contact our customer service representatives if you are unsure of the shipping method for your order.
Common Carrier and LTL Shipping
There are certain instances where items cannot ship through UPS Ground. This can be because of their size, weight, or if the product is viewed as a hazardous material. These items will be ship typically within ten business days of the originally placed order. Delivery will be between three to five business days after the item has been successfully shipped. When shipped to locations such as residential homes through LTL or Common Carrier, orders are delivered only to the customer’s curbside. It will be the customer's responsibility for extra shipping services, as well as any charges that would be incurred from missed deliveries or re-deliveries. Please note that any order with a total weight greater than 300 lbs will be shipped via LTL.
We here at CleanItSupply.com do our best to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. CleanItSupply.com allows you to return merchandise up to 30 days from receipt of your products. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. If you need to return a product either call 1-800-998-3295 or email customer service team at email@example.com. If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process.
Is there a restocking fee?
We do not charge a re-stocking fee on a majority of our products; however, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on the return of products from the following manufacturers:
If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RA# is issued.
When will my account be credited?
Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition.
What if the products arrive damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims must be reported to CleanItSupply.com within 10 days of receipt. You may either call 1-800-998-3295 or email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our service team will work with you to replace the damaged goods at no cost or further inconvenience to you.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
Although most items may be returned, there are exceptions. These items, for example, may not be returned: floor machines, vacuums, special order items, consumables (such as food and beverages), dated items (e.g., calendars, planners, etc.), medical products, and partial cases.
CleanItSupply.com uses one of the most efficient and prompt processing systems available for online and phone order completion. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible. You may contact our customer assistance center at 1-800-998-3295. Unfortunately, both e-mail and live chat requests will not be accepted.
