How to Order

Select item(s) you would like to have automatically reordered
Step 2:
Select "AUTO DELIVERY"
Step 3:
Set quantity and frequency of your delivery
Step 4:
Click "Add To Cart" to complete your order and proceed to checkout
 

We'll send you an email confirming your order; within a couple of days, the first delivery will ship and be charged to your credit card.

A few days before subsequent deliveries are scheduled to ship, we’ll send emails reminding you that they’re pending. If you wish to change the schedule or amount delivered, either then or in the future, you can make changes with just a few clicks or a call to our Customer Care Center if you prefer.

  • What is a CleanItSupply.com Auto Delivery Subscription? +
    A CleanItSupply.com Auto Delivery Subscription allows you to schedule and control automatic deliveries of your favorite products so you never run out.
  • How do I create a subscription? +
    Once you’ve selected a product (or products), click “Auto Delivery”. Set the quantity and frequency and then click "Add to Cart".
  • What happens next? +
    Your Auto Delivery subscription will be immediately confirmed with an email, then within a couple of days the first shipment in the subscription will ship; another email will be sent letting you know that the first shipment left our warehouse.
  • What happens with subsequent shipments? +
    A few days before each shipment in your subscription is scheduled to process, we’ll send you an email reminding you; at that time, or at any other time, you can slow down or speed up subsequent shipments or change the quantity scheduled to ship.
  • Can I change or stop a subscription once I’ve started? How do I change the delivery schedule or quantity? +
    We make changing or stopping a subscription quick and easy. In the emails we send you there will be a link to our subscription center where you can log in to your account and make any changes you wish. You can also easily find that link on our web site under Manage My Delivery. In addition, you can call or email us and one of our Customer Care Specialists will be happy to make your changes for you.
  • How often are items sent to me? +
    You can schedule items to be delivered at a frequency of every week to every 3 months. Options are: every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, every month, every 2 months, and every 3 months.
  • When will I be charged? +
    You will be charged at the time of each shipment in the Auto Delivery subscription. For your first subscription shipment, the price will be confirmed when you enroll. After your first subscription shipment, we will confirm the price of your subscription item(s) via email a few days before shipment.
  • Why might the price(s) of my subscription items(s) change? +
    The amount of each subscription shipment may vary as prices may vary from the manufacturers providing the products. When you order a product through Auto Delivery, we will confirm the price of your item, plus any shipping and/or sales tax.
  • Can I return items from my subscription? +
    Of course! Auto Delivery returns will be treated like any other CleanItSupply.com returns. Simply contact us to obtain a Return Authorization within 30 days of delivery and you can return the item to us provided it is in 100% re-sellable condition and is in the original packaging.   • How do online promo items and discounts work with my subscription? +
    Online promo codes must be applied at checkout and may be used for your initial CleanItSupply.com Auto Delivery subscription order only. If your Auto Delivery subscription item is on sale or eligible for other online promotions at the time your next shipment is scheduled and your order meets the promotion guidelines, you’ll automatically receive the discounted price and/or promotion on that shipment. Please note: we reserve the right to exclude subscription orders from certain online promotions at any time – but we’ll let you know if that’s the case at the time of order.
