IMPREGNATOR H20 Water & Oil Stain Repellent. Ready-to-use waterbased penetrating sealer for use on porous mineral surfaces. Impregnator H20 provides transparent subsurface barrier to give water and oil repellency.  The cleaning product and sealer makes the surface stain resistant, allowing easy clean up of most spills.  It is non-yellowing for long lasting interior/exterior applications. This sealer provides durable protection without leaving a visible film, allowing the natural beauty of the stone to show.  Impregnator H20 may also be uses as an exterior stucco, brick, block and stone protector for protection against graffiti and as a professional cleaning product.
