Elements Synthetic Floor Protectant offers quality spray buffing and high speed burnishing capabilities. This floor finish provides excellent detergent resistance, and quality durability. Coming in a Milky Emulsion color, and producing a neutral odor, this finish has a dry re-coat time of 45 mins. This synthetic floor finish is specifically formulated to work on rubberized flooring due to its elastic properties that will prevent cracking. Meets today's need for a product that contains no zinc or other heavy metals that can be harmful to waste water treatment systems. This low odor finish has the flexibility needed to protect a synthetic floor, while being tough enough to stand up to excessive wear that occurs on synthetic sport floors. pH: 8.0-8.5.
